  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • powdered sugar (cake topper)

Directions

    Place dry ingredients directly into a 9-inch square pan.

    Mix well. Make 3 indentations in this mixture.

    Place oil in first, vinegar in second and vanilla in third. Drizzle water over all and mix well.
