- 250 g wine biscuits
- 14 cup sultana
- 397 g sweetened condensed milk
- 113 g butter
Directions

1Melt butter, condensed milk and sultanas together in saucepan over low heat.

2Crush biscuits, add to butter milk mix and mix together well.

3Put mixture in sponge roll tin - greased and lined and bake at 375F, 190C for 20-25 minutes or as required.

4Remove fron tim whilst still warm and remove paper.

5When cold ice and cut into slices.
