Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 bottles Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 bottle catsup
  • 1/4 bottle garlic salt
  • 1/2 bottle (medium) lemon juice
  • 1 box poultry seasoning
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb. butter (optional)

Directions

    Mix together all of the ingredients and bring to a quick boil. Baste deer about every 1/2 hour. Cook slowly at 225° until meat falls off the bone.

    If using crock-pot, wrap meat in foil and follow instructions.
