- 1 1/2 bottles Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 bottle catsup
- 1/4 bottle garlic salt
- 1/2 bottle (medium) lemon juice
- 1 box poultry seasoning
- Tabasco sauce to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb. butter (optional)
Directions

1Mix together all of the ingredients and bring to a quick boil. Baste deer about every 1/2 hour. Cook slowly at 225° until meat falls off the bone.

2If using crock-pot, wrap meat in foil and follow instructions.
