- 2 stalks celery
- 1 large onion
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 lb. smoked sausage
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Fry sausage after cutting into thin slices.

2Drain, saving grease.

3Boil chicken breasts until done. Bone and cut into bite size pieces. Chop onion, bell pepper and celery.

4Fry in sausage grease over low heat for 3 minutes.

5Mix all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.

6Serve over rice or noodles.
