- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 envelope onion mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
- 2 c. hot cooked rice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Shake flour in a 14 x 20-inch Reynold's bag.

3Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

4Add undrained tomatoes, soup mix, water and pepper to bag.

5Squeeze bag to mix ingredients.

6Add beef strips to bag.

7Turn bag to coat beef strips with sauce.

8Arrange ingredients in an even layer.

9Close bag with tie.

10Cut 6 half inch slits on top.

11Bake until beef is tender, 40 to 45 minutes.

12Serve over rice.
