Saucy Frank Dinner

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. bow tie macaroni, cooked
  • 1 lb. frankfurters
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • parsley

Directions

    Cut franks lengthwise in quarters.

    Melt margarine; saute onion in large skillet.

    Stir in soup, tomato sauce, 1/2 cup water, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and Tabasco sauce.

    Add franks and simmer 20 minutes.

    Arrange hot bow tie noodles around outside edges of a serving dish or platter with edge.

    Fill center with frank mixture. Garnish with parsley if desired.

    Serves 4 to 6.
