- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 clove
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. gingersnap crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- pinch of sugar
- hot drained noodles
Directions

1Place beef in shallow dish.

2In medium saucepan, bring wine, water, lemon juice, onion, peppercorns, bay leaf and clove to a boil.

3Pour over meat; cool.

4Cover and refrigerate for 2 days, turning several times.

5Drain; reserve marinade.
