- 4 lb. rump or bottom round
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. fat
- 3/4 c. liquid (from marinade)
- 10 ginger snaps (optional)
Directions

1Mix vinegar, red wine, water, sugar, salt, pepper, sliced onion, mustard seed, cloves and bay leaves in a large deep bowl. Wipe meat with a damp cloth and place in bowl. Let stand in refrigerator for 2 days turning the meat.
