- 1 large head cabbage, shredded
- 1 c. water
- 1 large can sauerkraut
- 1/4 c. barley
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a large pot, saute chopped onion and diced pork.

2Turn down heat and add the cabbage, water, sauerkraut and barley.

4Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
