  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. each: diced green pepper, pimento and celery
  • 1 to 2 1/2 cans sauerkraut

Directions

    Boil sugar and vinegar together to make a thin syrup.

    Cool. Mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate.
