  • 4 cups chopped sauerkraut
  • 2 cooking apples, cored and cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 4 slices bacon, diced

Directions

    Combine sauerkraut, apples, and bacon in a large Dutch oven; mix well. Cook over medium heat 20 minutes or until apples are tender.
