  • 1 lb. hot Italian sausage
  • 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 lb. sharp cheese, grated

Directions

    Remove sausage from casings.

    Mix thoroughly with other ingredients; roll into 1-inch balls.

    Makes about 60 balls.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 400°.

    Can freeze on tray covered with plastic wrap until ready to reheat.
