Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot or mild sausage, room temperature
  • 12 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 c. Bisquick

Directions

    Mix sausage and cheese until blended.

    Add Bisquick gradually. May have to adjust amount of Bisquick.

    Roll into marble size balls and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Can be made ahead and frozen.
