Sausage Bread

- 1 lb. sweet sausage
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 lb. bread dough
Directions

1Fry sausage (taken out of casings) and add garlic and Italian seasonings, if desired.

2Drain well.

3Mix the beaten egg with parsley and then add the shredded Mozzarella cheese.

4Roll out the dough, length longer than width, in a rectangle shape.

5Mix the sausage in with cheese and egg mixture.

6Put in the middle of the dough and spread it out, leaving about 1/2-inch around the edges. Roll the dough up and put in a bread pan (greased).

7Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
