- 3 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 lb mild sausage
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook sausage and drain well; shred cheeses.

2Roll out bread, one loaf at a time.

3Spread each with about 1/3 of sausage and 1/3 of cheese, and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

4Roll up the dough and close the ends.

5Brush the top with melted butter.

6Wrap in foil and bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown.

7You can freeze these and cook later.

8My notes: I also cooked some chopped onion and garlic with the sausage.

9I've never frozen them, so I don't know how long you'd cook them if they were frozen, or if you'd thaw them first.
