  • 1 lb. sausage (1/2 mild and 1/2 hot)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese (sharp)
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

    Brown sausage and drain. Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish and put crescent rolls in pan.

    Seal edges. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over rolls.

    Pour egg mixture over sausage.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
