- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 3/4 c. condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. onions, chopped
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked
Directions

1Cook sausage with water in covered frying pan until tender, approximately 20 minutes.

2Remove sausage and cook green pepper and onion for 5 minutes, then add the condensed tomato soup and heat through.

3Combine sauce with macaroni and mix well.

4Place in casserole with sausage arranged on top.

5Bake in a moderate oven (350°) for approximately 30 minutes.
