- 1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 8 oz. cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 2 (9-inch) pie shells
Directions

1Brown the sausage in a large skillet.

2Drain off fat.

3Put cheese in bottom of pie shells, then sausage.

4Mix milk and eggs together in a bowl.

5Pour mixture over sausage.

6Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
