  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
  • 8 oz. cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 (9-inch) pie shells

Directions

    Brown the sausage in a large skillet.

    Drain off fat.

    Put cheese in bottom of pie shells, then sausage.

    Mix milk and eggs together in a bowl.

    Pour mixture over sausage.
