  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. sausage meat
  • 2 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese (reserve 1 c. for top)

    Combine all ingredients.

    Pour in baking pan or 10-inch round pie pan.

    Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese on top.

    Bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until it puffs in middle.

    Cut in squares.
