- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Grease pan.

2Brown sausage and onion; drain well.

3Combine eggs, cornmeal, milk and oil.

4Pour half of cornmeal mixture into dish.

5Sprinkle with sausage mixture and cheese.
