- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 (7 oz.) can Mexicorn, drained
- 1/2 lb. smoked Polish sausage, cut into 16 slices
Directions

1Prepare muffin mix according to package directions, except using the egg, milk and mustard.

2Mix until moistened.

3Stir in corn and spoon into greased 9-inch pan.

4Place sausage 1 inch apart on top of mixture and bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.

5Makes 8 servings.
