- 1 c. cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 can fruit cocktail
- 3 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix sugar, oil, eggs, flour, soda, salt and juice of fruit cocktail. Beat well. Fold in fruit. Pour into three 8-inch round pans. Mix brown sugar, coconut and 1/4 cup chopped nuts. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
