- 1 pound Ground Sausage, Cooked Completely
- 12 Tablespoons Grated Cheese (or 1 Tablespoon For Each Muffin Tin)
- 8 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 3/4 cups Milk (I Used Heavy Cream Because I'm Eating No Carbs Or Sugar And Milk Has Lots Of Sugar)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Divide sausage equally among 12 muffin cups. Put 1 tablespoon of cheese on top of the sausage. Beat eggs and add season salt and milk. Pour the egg mixture into the muffin cups until almost full.

2Bake for 15 minutes. Then gently remove from the muffin tin and serve.
