Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot or sweet sausage
  • 6 to 10 oz. pkg. sharp cheese
  • 3 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • fresh parsley

Directions

    Remove skin from sausage.

    Cook and crumble. Mix all ingredients and shape into small balls. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Serve hot.
