  • 2 bags grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury hot roll mix

Directions

    Brown sausage; drain and chop fine.

    Mix sausage with cheese and eggs in a large bowl.

    Mix hot roll mix according to directions on box.

    Roll the dough out and fill with sausage mixture, then roll up and bake in a 400° oven for 30 minutes. This recipe is enough to make 2 logs.
