  • 1/2 to 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. oil

    Cook sausage and drain well.

    Mix flour, corn meal, egg, milk and oil.

    Place in greased muffin pan and bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.
