- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese, grated
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can mushrooms
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen spinach or 1 (16 ounce) package broccoli
- 1 lb pizza dough
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach or broccoli.

2Brown sausage and drain off fat.

3Mix beaten eggs, mozzarella, parmesan, mushrooms and spinach or broccoli and sausage in large bowl.

4Use 1/2 of the dough and cover 10 inch pie plate.

5Pour entire mixture into plate and press down on mixture to fit it all inches.

6Cover with the rest of the dough.

7Brush beaten egg yoke on top of the pie.

8Cut small slit in center of pie.

9Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes.
