  • 1 lb. hot or regular bulk breakfast sausage (Jimmy Dean), browned and drained
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. or 10 to 12 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 c. half and half or 1 c. Pet milk and 1 c. cream
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 5 oz. can chopped green chilies (optional)
