- 1 (9-inch) pastry shell, uncooked
- 1 lb. frozen sausage meat
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 oz. grated cheese, sharp Cheddar or Swiss
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. light cream
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°. Break up sausage meat into small pieces. Brown in skillet.

2Remove and drain.

3Saute onion in fat until transparent. Drain.

4Combine both into uncooked pastry shell. Sprinkle cheese over all.
