  • 1 (9-inch) pastry shell, uncooked
  • 1 lb. frozen sausage meat
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. grated cheese, sharp Cheddar or Swiss
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. light cream
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°. Break up sausage meat into small pieces. Brown in skillet.

    Remove and drain.

    Saute onion in fat until transparent. Drain.

    Combine both into uncooked pastry shell. Sprinkle cheese over all.
