  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1/2 to 1 lb. sausage
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small can evaporated milk

    Fully cook sausage; drain.

    Combine sausage, onion, cheese, flour and parsley flakes.

    Mix well.

    Spread in unbaked pie shell. Beat together eggs and evaporated milk; pour over sausage mixture.

    Bake on preheated cookie sheet at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is set.
