  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell
  • 8 oz. sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. sharp cheese
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs

    Bake pie shell for 7 minutes in 350° oven.

    Line bottom of shell with hard-cooked eggs, sausage and cheeses.

    Combine beaten eggs,
