  • 1 c. finely chopped apples
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and press in ring mold to shape.

    Bake on a pie plate or in pan for 1 hour at 350°.

    Serve on platter with broiled peaches around mold and scrambled eggs in the center of the ring.
