- 1 lb. hot or mild sausage
- 3 c. Bisquick
Directions

1Mix dough.

2Knead slightly and roll to about 1/2 inch thick. Keep sausage at room temperature for 1 hour.

3Break into small pieces and cover dough.

4Roll side to center and then other side and roll until they meet in the middle.

5Cut down center with sharp knife.

6Separate and fasten ends to make 2 rolls. Refrigerate until chilled.

7Put on cutting board and cut in 1/2-inch slices.

8Bake at 350° until done.

9Makes 48 pieces.
