  • 1 kg sausage mince
  • packet puff pastry
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 large onion
  • cabbage, celery, spinach
  • 1 egg into mix
  • 4 slices bread for crumbs
  • little bit of water

Directions

    Mix all ingredients into a large bowl

    Spread on to pastry, roll and brush with beaten egg

    Cook for 25 - 30 mins @ 200° C
  4. 4
    Reheat @ 150°C for 15 mins
