- 1 lb. sage sausage
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 large block Velveeta cheese
- 2 pkg. party rye bread
- shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown sausage and turkey in a large pot and drain well.

2Cut cheese into chunks and add to the meat.

3Heat over low heat and melt cheese.

4Place bread slices on cookie sheets.

5Spoon mixture onto each slice.

6Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is crisp.

7Mixture can be made ahead of time and microwaved to spoon on bread.
