  • 1 lb. sage sausage
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 large block Velveeta cheese
  • 2 pkg. party rye bread
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Brown sausage and turkey in a large pot and drain well.

    Cut cheese into chunks and add to the meat.

    Heat over low heat and melt cheese.

    Place bread slices on cookie sheets.

    Spoon mixture onto each slice.

    Bake at 350° for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bread is crisp.

    Mixture can be made ahead of time and microwaved to spoon on bread.
