  • sage
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 16 ounces herb seasoned stuffing cubed
  • 2 teaspoons sage omit if using Brown-N-Serve Sage Sausage
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Directions

    Cut sausage into small cubes.

    Saute celery and onion in butter just until tender.

    In a large bowl, combine sausage, stuffing, celery, onions and sage.

    Moisten evenly with chicken broth.

    Stuff turkey neck and body cavities lightly.
