- 6 medium carrots (finger length slices)
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Peel and slice carrots and cook until almost tender (but not completely done); drain.

2In skillet add butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

3Melt and stir together.

4Add drained carrots and saute for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly to keep from burning or sticking.
