- 2 c. flour
- 2 sticks oleo, softened
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 2 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Blend flour, oleo and nuts and pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan (ungreased).

2Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.

3Spread blended cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip on cooled crust. Refrigerate.

4Beat lemon pudding and milk until thick.

5Pour over other layer and refrigerate.

6When set, spread remaining Cool Whip over top.
