  • 2 lb. carrots, cut
  • 2 lb. celery, cut
  • 2 lb. squash, cut
  • 2 lb. zucchini, cut
  • 4 medium onions
  • 1 lb. green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 lb. red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • parsley
  • sweet basil
  • fresh garlic, chopped
  • all-seasoning
  • almonds (optional)

Directions

    In a large skillet, bring to boil vegetable oil and butter. Add garlic; stir.

    Add carrots, celery, squash, zucchini and green and red bell peppers.

    Let cook for 10 minutes, stirring continuously.

    Add onions.

    Add seasoning to taste.
