- 2 lb. carrots, cut
- 2 lb. celery, cut
- 2 lb. squash, cut
- 2 lb. zucchini, cut
- 4 medium onions
- 1 lb. green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 lb. red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 stick butter
- parsley
- sweet basil
- fresh garlic, chopped
- all-seasoning
- almonds (optional)
Directions

1In a large skillet, bring to boil vegetable oil and butter. Add garlic; stir.

2Add carrots, celery, squash, zucchini and green and red bell peppers.

3Let cook for 10 minutes, stirring continuously.

4Add onions.

5Add seasoning to taste.
