- 1 onion, sliced into rings
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Directions

1Saute onions in oil 3 minutes, stirring.

2Add carrots, celery, water and soy sauce.

4Cover and simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
