Sauteed Apples

  • 6 apples peeled, and sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • whipped cream optional

Directions

    Add butter to a medium saute pan over medium heat and melt. Once sizzling, add apples and saute for 1 minute.

    Add cinnamon and nutmeg and stir thoroughly. Cook for 3 more minutes.

    Remove apples from pan, and top with whipped cream. (optional). .
