Sauteed Chicken Strips

- 2 whole broiler-fryer breasts, split, boned and skinned (about 12 oz. each)
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
- 4 tsp. oil
- 1 egg white
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- Marinated chicken strips
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- 1/4 c. minced chives
Directions

1In large heavy skillet over medium-high heat, cook butter until bubbly and begins to brown.

2Add marinated chicken strips. Saute about 4 minutes or just until opaque throughout and lightly golden.

3Fold in parsley and chives.

4Immediately remove to warm serving plate.
