  • 8 cups leeks, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Heat a large stove top casserole and saute the garlic in the olive oil.

    Add leeks and saute until they begin to collapse.

    Add the rest and cook uncovered until the leeks are tender.
