Sauteed Peppers With Balsamic Vinegar

- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 large yellow bell pepper
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Core, remove seeds and thinly slice peppers.

2In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-low heat.

3Add peppers.

4Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes.

5Add the sugar, salt and vinegar and stir well.

6Simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated, about 5 minutes more.

7Serve hot, warm or at room temperature.
