  • 1 lb rice sticks
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cups pork or 2 cups chicken meat, shredded
  • 6 tablespoons shelled shrimp
  • 1 cup carrot, thinly slice
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 10 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 5 cups soup stock
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 cup sweet peas or 1 cup sliced green beans

    Saute garlic and onion until golden brown in a frying pan, or better yet use wok bigger size.

    Add meat and shrimps.

    season with oyster sauce, pepper, salt and soy sauce.

    Add vegetables and soup stock.

    Bring to a boil.

    Remove meat and vegetables from the mixture.

    Cook noodles in a sauce for 3-5 minutes.

    Remove cooked noodles from the frying pan and arrange it on a platter.

    Sprinkle meat and vegetables on top of noodles.
