Sauteed Spinach

- 1 lb. spinach
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Rinse spinach thoroughly, remove tough stems and tear leaves in half.

2Allow water to cling to leaves for steaming.

3Melt the margarine in a large skillet.

4Press garlic through a press and add to the skillet, stirring until coated with margarine.

5Add spinach and soy sauce.

6Stir until spinach is wilted and cooked through.

7Serve hot.
