- 1/4 to 1/2 stick butter
- 1 large white onion
- 1 medium zucchini squash
- 1 medium yellow squash
- salt to taste
- Parmesan cheese
- dill (optional)
Directions

1Cut onion and squash into chunks.

2Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.

3Add onion and saute until onion begins to get tender.

4Add squash and saute, stirring occasionally, until all vegetables are tender.

5Season with salt or dill.

6When ready to serve, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
