Sauteed Squash

Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 large white onion
  • 1 medium zucchini squash
  • 1 medium yellow squash
  • salt to taste
  • Parmesan cheese
  • dill (optional)

Directions

    Cut onion and squash into chunks.

    Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3
    Add onion and saute until onion begins to get tender.

    Add squash and saute, stirring occasionally, until all vegetables are tender.

    Season with salt or dill.

    When ready to serve, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
