- 2 lb. squash
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/3 c. cheese, grated
- Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1 clove garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 to 3 onions
Directions

1Quarter squash and onions; cook until tender.

2Drain and mash. Add egg, milk, garlic, about 30 crumbled crackers and 1 cup cheese (reserve rest for later).

3Mix well and pour into casserole dish.

4Sprinkle top with more crumbled crackers.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Sprinkle casserole with remaining cheese before last 5 minutes of baking time.
