  • 1/2 c. carrots
  • 1 zucchini squash, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, sliced in rings
  • 1/2 c. mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • soy sauce
  • teriyaki

Directions

    Saute all vegetables in salad oil; sprinkle with soy sauce and teriyaki.
