- 1 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 minced clove garlic
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.

2Saute onion, green pepper and garlic until tender in olive oil.
